Our young yoga program is typically designed to run during students gym classes. These classes are based upon teaching students basic yoga and balance techniques, while instilling confident leaders. Meditation skills and proper breathing practices are also a component of many of these classes. These skills are proven to calm the mind and body, and assist with anxiety and stress.
Project MOVE will design age-appropriate specific classes based on the needs of your school community.
